Missing kayaker in custody in Green Lake County, jail records show
According to online jail records, there is a 45-year-old Ryan Borgwardt listed as in custody at the Green Lake County Jail as of Tuesday. It comes after investigators revealed last month the missing kayaker who was presumed dead was very much alive.
