An event that helped grow wrestling in the United States in the 1980s, it briefly came back in the mid-2000s. Now, 16 years after the last iteration, it returns to the place where it all began.

Inside the Nassau Colliseum, McIntyre picked up the victory over Zayn with a devastating Claymore kick, a much needed victory for McIntyre after his last televised match resulted in a loss to CM Punk inside Hell in a Cell. That was arguably WWE’s best match of 2024, and it continued McIntyre’s incredible run as a villain over the past year.

WWE's iconic Saturday Night's Main Event is set for a big return. The card is loaded with big matches, including four championship clashes. The event will be held at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, the site of the first Saturday Night's Main Event on May 10, 1985.
