The NWS Wilmington NC issued a coastal flood advisory at 3:13 a.m. on Sunday valid for Sunday between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. The advisory is for Coastal Pender, Coastal New Hanover and Coastal Brunswick.

A flood advisory was issued by the NWS Sacramento CA on Saturday at 3:03 p.m. Small stream and river flooding caused by excessive rainfall for portions of Shasta County, particularly near Cow Creek until 6 p.m.

On Saturday at 4:08 p.m. a flood warning was issued by the NWS Sacramento CA in effect until Sunday at 4 p.m. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast for Sacramento River at Tehama Bridge from this afternoon to tonight.
