Atul Subhash's heartbreaking suicide has led to the arrest of his wife Nikita and her family, who are accused of harassing him for money and legal disputes.

The Bengaluru Police arrested Nikita Singhania and several members of her family on Saturday for abetting the suicide of Atul Subhash. Family members however voiced concern about the late techie's 'missing' son - with his father seeking help from Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The father of Atul Singhania, requested police to hand over his grandson (Atul Subash’s son) who is currently with Singhania’s family.

The 34-year-old late techie, Atul Subhash's estranged wife, Nikita Singhania has been arrested in the former's suicide case. The techie's in-laws were also taken under juridical custody.

A team of Bengaluru Police on Friday reached Uttar Pradesh’s Jaunpur, the native of the accused to investigate the case.

Bengaluru Police have arrested Nikita Singhania, the estranged wife of deceased Bengaluru techie Subhash Atul, along with her mother and brother. The arrests from Gurugram and Prayagraj came in connection with an abetment to suicide case.

Following the arrest of Bengaluru techie Atul Subhash's wife and in-laws on Sunday, his father has expressed concern about the safety of his grandson and said that he wants him to be with the family.
