Murray recently revealed that he almost quit acting altogether following his success on The CW's teen drama One Tree Hill and that he had to take some time to "reassess" his priorities.

As for returning for the reported One Tree Hill sequel series, Murray has admitted he doesn’t plan to be a part of it at this time. In an interview with the Los Angeles Times Murray said he and his OTH co-star James Lafferty “are not doing it because no one’s ever picked up the phone and said, ‘Hey, we’re doing this,’ so we’re not doing it.”
