Houston Texans receiver Nico Collins was slightly less chipper than his normal easygoing self Thursday afternoon. Before speaking to the media at his locker, he held up an envelope from the NFL with a disapproving look on his face.

The NFL wasn’t a fan of the memory created by Collins and slapped him with a fine Thursday afternoon. Collins said he was confused about why the league would fine him for a positive celebration. “I guess they think you’re going to poke somebody in the eye or something,” Collins said.

Texans wide receiver Nico Collins saw a fan in the stands and tossed him a football following a Nov. 24 touchdown against the Titans. The move earned him a fine by the NFL.
