Former Blue Jays closer Jordan Romano made a good first impression, saying all the right things, and already seemed comfortable in his role with the Phillies when he met with the Philadelphia media this week.

Romano racked up 105 saves in his time with the Blue Jays but suffered an elbow injury this year. He says he's "fully healthy" now.

The one-year, $8.5 million deal includes a $500,000 bonus if Romano reaches 60 innings, according to a league source.
