Officials said the circumstances surrounding the woman’s death “appear suspicious” but later clarified there was no danger to the public. On Sunday, Boulder County detectives were actively investigating and speaking with “two individuals affiliated” with the woman.

A 49-year-old woman was found dead near Jamestown while deputies were investigating a missing person report, the sheriff's office said.
